Occasionally we hear from a client who is not receiving regular weekly content from our system. This usually comes in the form of a support ticket asking us to troubleshoot the problem.
One of the first places we look is the Content Form. This is the form in your Toolbox Control Panel under the Edit Content Info button, and it must be completely filled out before our system will deliver content to your site.
The reason we need this form completed is so that we can assure that you have given us all the variable content that we will insert into your custom content; we can't supply you with an article that has holes in it. When we write custom content just for you, we use the information in your content form to make the article unique to you and your business.
As a new feature in our system, we have highlighted the Edit Content Info button with a big red stamp that says 'INCOMPLETE' if you have not completed your form. If you see this icon in your Control Panel, this means you are not finished with the signup process, and will not receive content until you complete the form.
To complete the form, simply click on the icon and fill in each field based on the questions and instructions. You must complete every field, and the process should only take you about three minutes.
