1. How often will I recieve content to my site?
a. You will recieve a minimum of one article per calendar week, at a random time between Monday and Friday. In any given week you might receive an article on Tuesday at 9:30 a.m., or at 4:15 on Friday afternoon, or at any time in between.
2. How do I know when I have new content on my site?
a. You will receive a notification email announcing your new content. If you are not receiving your notifications, please check your junk mail box and be sure to mark our notifications as 'not junk' if you find that they are being sent there. You should receive a notification email within an hour of new content delivery.
3. Am I limited to a single ListPipe blog?
a. No. If you want to create multiple accounts, each with differing keywords for instance, you can do that. The cost will be the same for each account that you create; we do not offer volume discounts at this time.
4. What makes my content different than other participants in our organization?
a. The content we write and deliver to your site includes the information you provided us in your Content Form. With this information we are able to write a unique article just for you that emphasizes your personal contact information and allows us to integrate geo-targeted keywords and other exclusive content that will help your site become indexed in the search engines for greater exposure on the web.
5. I already have a website; How will ListPipe help me?
a. ListPipe is designed to enhance your existing site with searchable content that appeals to the search engines. Our objective is to point to your Home site where your customers can get more information about your products and services. Think of ListPipe as a second site that points to your Home site with relevant content and lots of great links (the search engines love them). If you do not already have a website, ListPipe can serve as your Home site, too.
6. Why am I not getting content, even though I have signed up?
a. The most common reason why you may not be receiving weekly content posted to your blog is that you have not completed your Content Form. The Content Form is a critical step in the sign up process, and helps us determine how to produce custom content for your specific site. If your Content Form is incomplete, we cannot deliver content. To make sure your Content Form is complete, please login to your ListPipe account, and select the Change Content Information link. You will see the Content Form; just make sure all the fields are filled in with your preferences, and we'll take care of the rest.
7. Why aren't I getting the email notifications?
a. Check your Junk Mail or Spam folder. Because our content is delivered in an HTML format, it is sometimes labeled as 'spam' the first time it arrives in your email inbox. If you do not 'whitelist' our first send, you may have trained your system to filter all subsequent emails. Simply identify your next email from us as wanted mail and you should begin recieving them as normal.
8. What are the best ways to use my site for the greatest success?
a. Share. The content we write for you is yours, and not only is it compliant, but it also contains your contact information embeded as text, links, and tags. For these reasons this content provides the perfect opportunity to share to your online social networks, by email, and even in person as you read through your content and share the personalized stories as your own. No matter how far out you share the content, if you'll just get the snowball rolling it will gather momentum and lead interested readers back to you. We have included ways to automatically share your content to your Facebook and Twitter accounts, but we encourage you to share by email, and in person to get the most out of your account.
9. What other ways can I make my site more successful?
a. There are many ways to use this site to make your business more successful. One of the best ways is to point to it to share high-quality compliant information about your products and opportunities; print your new URL on your business cards, include it as a link in your email signatures, and direct your customers to it as a way to establish your credibility as a leader in your market.
